This vitamin tastes good and is easy to take since it's chewable for people like me who have a hard time swallowing pills. I like that it has a lot of vitamins in it. I can't tell if these vitamins alone are making a big difference though because I'm also taking other vitamins to boost my levels. Only time will tell. It makes a good maintenance vitamin.

Nice product if you need a chewable adult vitamin. My only real complaint is that if you chew it completely, it makes your mouth and teeth (toothbrush bristles) orange. I give it two or three chews and then wash the little chunks down with some water.
