I’ve suffered from chronic constipation (IBS-C) for years. Even prescription medication is meh with my symptoms. Long story short, I took this for 3 months and then switched to another brand. Equally expensive but I was backed up every single day, horrible acid reflux etc….I switched back to this and everything went back to normal. IF YOU SUFFER FROM CONSTIPATION LOOK NO FURTHER !!!

it checks off all of the boxes when I look for a feminine probiotic: *at least 50 billion CFU *at least 12 strains (if lab tested even better). This one has 11 and they are all lab tested, so I'm okay with it only having 11 strains. *includes prebiotic However, I wished it also targeted urinary health. I also wished it did more for my lady bits health. I don't really notice a difference down there in terms of odor BUT it has been helping me go to the bathroom once a day which is good because I suffer from constipation. Overall it's okay quality.
