i love the simple mills pizza dough. i eat glutenfree and was trying to find a clean brand without harmful ingridients. the pizza turned out to be great. what a gift to have the possibility to eat a good glutenfree pizza. it is pricy, so i cant do ist very often, but i love it.

vinegar almond flour as main ingredient. You have to add apple cider vinegar, olive oil and water. No knead needed. It has baking powder inside. Convenient and fast to make. Texture is not like bread. It’s more like a crispy biscuit taste which I don’t mind. Quite nice and we made a big baking tray size rectangular pizza.

Great product and reasonably priced. Very easy to use and good ingredients. Only need to add some olive oil into the mix and it makes either two 8 inch size round pies or one 10 inch square one. Great taste and popular with anyone who wants to go grain free.
