I HAVE BEEN USING THIS PRODUCT FOR A COUPLE YEARS. I STARTED USING IT WHEN DIGESTIVE ADVANTAGE RAISED THEIR PRICES QUITE A BIT. I TAKE ONE DAILY. IT SEEMS TO HELP WITH MY IBS. I, WILL OCCASIONALLY (NOT VERY OFTEN), BECOME BLOATED AND NEED TO TAKE A PROBIOTIC LATER. BUT, OVERALL, IT SEEMS TO DO THE TRICK! AND IT WAS ACTUALLY A BIT CHEAPER ONLINE THAN IN STORE, EVEN W/ $2 SHIPPING.
