Reflux Relief®, 45 Chewable Tablets

The taste of the tablet is strong but we don’t find it horrible as some said. I would say it has a very strong menthol taste. My husband suffers from reflux and his stomach is sensitive to a variety of food due to reflux. We find the review about this chewy taken effect in 5 mins to be pretty true as it settles reflux pain and discomfort real soon. And my husband now (after taken this tablet only 3 times) has so much confidence in this tablet he doesn’t care to take those reflux tablets recommended by professional doctor any more. In fact he said he can feel this reflux relief is better than what his doctor recommended, which he has always trusted. It’s impressive how this tablet has changed his mind :) We also feel this tablet has some healing power. The frequency of my husband experiencing reflux pain has been reduced.

I bought this product in order to help with silent reflux and it helped me together with bicarbonate soda, of which I took 1 teaspoon in the morning and 1 teaspoon after each meal (I mixed 3 spoonsfuls of bicarbonate Soda with 1 liter of boiled water). I normally take one tablet just before sleeping as this is normally the onset timing of my acid reflux. For me, I found that allowing the tablet to dissolve slowly in my mouth works best. So far, this is the most effective natural remedy I have used.

After trying Gaia Herbs' Reflux Relief® chewable tablets, I found that the minty licorice flavor was tolerable, and the texture was better than other similar products. However, I didn't experience significant relief from my reflux symptoms. I plan to continue using them and hope for better results over time.

Order it for my father battling heavy reflux for years. The product is good but lasts too short, only 14 tablets . The ingridients are ok, it will help people with milder symptoms, for bad cases look for something else .
