I'm anemic and was prescribed ferrous gluconate. Some times I forget to take it and I get dizzy. It takes 4 to 5 days of ferrous gluconate before I feel better, normal if you will. After changing to this, I feel better the next day - I think it absorbs easier by my system. I don't notice any constipation from this. Repurchasing this now

I've been taking this iron supplement as a dietary aid because my diet doesn't contain enough iron. I'm pleased to say that I'm satisfied with the product.
