I was really having a hard time with my digestive tract especially with drinking coffee with creamer every day so I bought MRM by recommendation from a friend and now I am starting to feel much much better. I now use this several days a week along with Go Live probiotic/prebiotic 15 billion/15 stain packets (unflavored). The MRM mixes well in water but after sitting for a bit the powder will settle down at the bottom so drink immediately or put in a bottle that allows the liquid to be shaken when needed.

Im trying to add more fiber in my diet and this seems perfect. It dissolves fine in cold water. I don't find that I have to go after taking, but my digestion system is good and I don't usually have that happen when I take fiber. I would gladly buy again.

The pill version is more convenient, but you need to take MANY at once to have some effect, and thus, it will cost you MUCH more to maintain it as a fiber sup. This powder version it's not so convenient but is much more cost effective.

Excellent product that contains 4 types of fiber - high quality ingredient. Great taste and a nice smell. The only objection is the large (10g) scoop; if I took it that way, the packaging wouldn't even last a month, and it's not very cheap. I take less than half a scoop. Product for all age.
