So where do I start? The flavor is balanced and there is a good deal of protein in it. I use it as a quick soup base after starting the veggies in chicken stock. I then add this to finish it. I've tried many others and wonder why I wasted the money. Save yourself time and grief and just get Epic.

Epic Bar Bone Broth is tasty. I like the packaging, in a glass jar rather than a box. I like that it has lots of protein. It is a perfect addition to my diet. I am working on eating for less inflamation and better joint health, especially my knees. It is perfect for a quick soup meal, just add vegetables.

I am giving this product 4/5 stars because it tastes okay, however in my opinion it isn't worth it. it is very small jar for like over 10 dollars. I had the impression that this was a jelly that could be diluted in water and that more quantity was inside. Like I thought that I could make several cups or like a huge pot of bone broth if I diluted it. But basically it is diluted bone broth itself. Makes 1 and a half cup at most to drink at once. I think its much more convenient to make it at home at a cheaper price I thought. I thought the jar was bigger. the quality is okay. I think it is suitable for any age to drink. it probably has health benefits. But again it's not worth it. Just make it at home. Trust me
Added to my soup and it added a lot of depth a bit expensive but was nice to use will try again in the future
honeslty I just love a good high quality ingredient chicken bone broth. love seeing the benefits when im sick or feeling like my gut needs a bit id support. the package is really comftarble as well. love seeing the effect on me and the slight improvment. and the taste is really great too.
