I started using this stuff about a month ago and I can say it really works. I hate coffee so I've never been one to consume caffeine early in the morning or use any pre-workout powders. Mr. Hyde works for both lifting weights and/or helping you wake up in the morning. It's got a ton of caffeine so you should only use it once for the entire day. I think it equals something like five cups of coffee at once. The one thing I will say is when you take a full scoop, you will most likely feel this intense prickly/itchy feeling in the neck and entire face and head. You just want to itch it. Don't be scared because that's totally normal. The stuff is working and the itchy feeling wears off in about five minutes. The taste is pretty good too but that doesn't really matter.
I am a gym fanatic and I never train without havibg a pre workout before my gym session. This pre workout is very good quality for its price, as the caffeine content is high, so you get a nick kick from it. The taste is decent, relative to other brands. If someone is looking to buy a pre workout without knowing much about them, this one is easy to pick and good for any level of gym goers.
