My partner swears by this for settling his restless legs and tired muscles and getting him ready to sleep. A friend recommended it years ago, and he's been using it ever since. We wonder if this is as or more effective than the pharmaceutical industry's solution for restless leg syndrome.

Best combination Magnesium/Calcium supplement I have ever tried. Started years back when I was looking for a nighttime supplement that would serve double duty as companion to Vitamin D3. Good quality, stays stable when storage instructions are followed, ingredients good to maintain digestive health while promoting good sleep. Highly recommend!

I usually take the regular Natural calm, plain natural flavor. This is my first time trying the Plus Calcium. It tastes just as good as the original flavor but with the added benefit of getting more calcium into my diet. My joints definitely feel not achey or sore when I take this and it helps me sleep.

Great drink if you do not want Sodium in it.

Very good product, but I prefer the flavored version. I drank it at night before going to bed, I think it helped me a little.

My other half drinks this. It is SUPER helpful in helping him unwind, relax his muscles and have a more restful night's sleep. For some reason he just burns through magnesium. He's tried other magnesium supplements & powders, but they don't seem to have quite the benefits that this one does. It tastes pleasant and I like the fact that the ingredients contain more minerals than just magnesium (he says the added calcium helps more than the one without). The quality is great and I like the larger sized tub, so usually try to get it, if available. My kids are very sporty and this helps them with muscle soreness as well as a more restful sleep. I used to use this brand about 20 years ago, so I was pleasantly surprised to find it here on iHerb!

didn;t realize you would need 3 Tsp instead of 2 to get the full dose w the added calcium. makes sense ofc, but just noted. i take a small amount @ night so don't get the full dose. also obviouslly won't last you as long if you do. still a nice option!
