This flour was our saving grace when we were on AIP. You can bake ANYTHING using this stuff. Only one ingredient, Cassava root. None inflammatory. High quality product, great texture and reasonable price. baked goods dont taste grainy using this brand. And you can practically sub any recipe that uses all purpose flour for this one. We can’t live with out it. Best crepes ever: 2 eggs, 1/4 cup of cassava, 150 ml of milk or water, salt, sugar, 50 grams of butter (or less). Enjoy

its by far the best GF sub for all purpose flour. i use it for baking, for frying, for thickening. It makes the best tortilla. There arent anything you can make with regular flour that you cant try with this!

Otto's flour takes in more water when baking, so carefully add more water or milk if your dough still looks dry. I made a wonderful chewy bread with this flour, and it looked and tasted great! Cassava flour turns brownish after cooking/baking, which looks really nice to me. Not every time - white color. The brown color makes it feel like I'm eating something nutritious. So I think it has a super great texture and quality! This flour's ingredients contain only cassava, aka YUCA, so rest assured that you are getting the best.

I like the texture of the flour. It feels like flour should. I am still experimenting as it does behave differently than wheat flour. I made the Otto's banana bread recipe but it came out oily. It was edible but I will next try adapting one of my recipes.
