I don't use yeast that frequently, but certain recipes call for it. I like one package of this is usually the serving size called for in the recipes I use. It seems to work well as it helps the dough rise. The taste is great. I have no idea about the quality of the ingredients but I will trust that Iherb would only sell reliable products.
