I've tried different brands and wellness fizz works the best in warding off a cold. I usually take it right when I start to feel a cold coming on and without fail I'd wake up the next day feeling back to normal. I also enjoy the Natural berry flavor!

The ingredients in these immune defense wafers are great. Source Naturals seems to have put for great effort to include beneficial ingredients to ward off potential illness. Even when I have been ill, the potency of this product seems to still be effective. Great value!
I pretty much depend on Wellness Fizz to maintain my daily health. Its mix of vitamins is essential. It usually works best in hot water, but it's also great in hot orange juice for a super kick of Vitamin C. If I don't have access to hot water, sometimes I'll even pop half a tablet in my mouth (watch out for a fizzy mouth!). Truly I am thankful for the invention of this product. It's a staple in my kitchen, purse and car!
If you’re getting sick or are sick this it the go to that’s helped me stop getting sick or shorten it. The reason I give it three stars it I’ve occasionally gotten pre opened packages of this product before. Other than that I love it
This is so handy to carry with you, in your purse, go bag, car, keep at your office. It is very soothing if you feel a scratchy or sore throat coming on or a stuffy nose. Just put a tablet in some hot water and have a delicious fizzy drink and feel better!
