I was using Thorne iron, which is the only one I found that didn’t make me nauseous. I am anemic so when I don’t take iron it’s very noticeable. My NP told me about these and I tried them after I was out of Thorne. These are just as great, plus with added benefits. And they are smaller. Which is great because my daily supplements are getting a little crazy.
I love the size of these pills. They still taste strong like iron and minerals but they’re somewhat easy on my digestive system but I do notice a little bit of nausea here and there when I’m taking them. The dark glass package is nice as well! Hope they benefit my low ferritin over time.
