I kept taking this supplement daily soon after being hit by gout in 2023. With caution in diet, my uric acid maintains at a good level and the symptom disappears.

My husband is on a prescription for Potassium Citrate because he has had kidney stones twice in the past. The prescription Potassium Citrate, he is supposed to take it 3 times per day, but he only takes it once per day because they are huge pills hard to swallow. He started taking this product KAL Uric Acid Flush also, one pill per day. He's been taking it about a year and so far he has had no kidney stone pain. We will see if it has improved his numbers from the Doctor.

They really did reduce the frequency of gout flare-ups to only 2-3 over the entire period. I also started taking colchicine every other day (those who know will understand that it's not an easy drug). I bought another 2-month supply. I'll continue the experiment. I take 2 capsules during or immediately after lunch, a few minutes apart, with a small amount of water. I haven't had my uric acid levels tested. I don't have the time.

I have been taking this uric acid supplement consistently for over two months, following the recommended dosage, but I have not observed any change in my uric acid levels or a reduction in related discomfort. While I appreciate that the product is made with natural ingredients like tart cherry and celery seed extract, and I experienced no adverse side effects, the primary reason for my purchase was to see a tangible benefit, which, unfortunately, has not materialized. The capsules are a manageable size and the packaging is high quality, but the lack of results is disappointing. It's possible that my physiology simply doesn't respond to this particular formulation, or that my levels require a different approach. For the price point, I expected a more noticeable effect. This is a three-star product for me—it didn't cause any harm, but it didn't deliver the desired outcome. I believe it may work well for others, especially for general maintenance, but for those with more specific or stubborn uric acid concerns, it might not be potent enough. I will be discontinuing use and trying a different solution.
