DHA from Marine Algae, 200 mg, 60 Veggie Softgels

I take this algae oil for my leaky gut. I go through these bottles quickly as the dose is too small, which I need to take 3 caps daily. After 3 months, my leaky gut has improved, and I am still taking 3 a day so I can also maintain heart health.

I have ordered this repeatedly because it was the first thing I found that could help my vertigo that I was left with after COVID. On day two of taking it the vertigo was gone. I started with one 3 times a day, dropped down to two, and then to one a day. I can't take fish oil as it does not settle well. This is great. I just purchased a full Omega 3 made from Marine Algae because after many months I decided that the whole Omega 3 maybe more healthy long term.

I need Omega for my levels of triglycerides to be normal, so I bought these to try them because I like they are from algae. Hope they help me with my health issues! Today arrived the packages. The DHA softgel is small and easy to swallow. I made a photo with a DHA softgel and a Krill oil gel from California Gold Nutrition. The big one is the krill oil.

This was my first algae Omega-3. Great quality. Each soft gel contained significantly more DHA than the fish oil I was previously taking and excludes the excess oils in fish oil and chance of mercury slipping through. My only complaint would be that the soft gels are a little bit big. It is quite expensive, but still the cheapest option I was able to find for algae Omega-3. I bought 6 bottles, enough to last 6 months to a year depending on how much I take. Despite its price and having to ship it via air, I felt very good about this purchase. Traditional fish oil is extremely destructive. Algae is the most environmentally friendly way to source long chain Omega-3. Getting something like this significantly benefits our health, the animals, and the whole planet.

I ate fish oil twice in early 2025, seaweed DHA is a plant-based omega 3, no nauseating taste, and I took it alternately with krill oil, hoping for good results. High in DHA, good for the brain and cardiovascular system!

Omega and DHA are so essential! Since I take it, I can obviously tell that my hair, skin and nails are healthier. My body is also not in inflammation. It help greatly improve my dry eyes. I take 2 capsules daily after a meal. I noticed a great improvement after about a month taking it. It has also help cleared out my eczema patch on both of my arms which is there for more than 3 years.
