fast absorption, i take once everyday .this product aids constipation and bloating and good also for cleaning your gut for better digestion. my main concern is more for detoxing and maintaining my gut composition. i didn't have any diarrhea when i take this. the expiry is long too. good product
Have tried many probiotics and really like this brand. They have high quality products as I take some of their other supplements. It’s a plus that it’s tailored to women and has a good balance of strains in it. Have less gurgles and better gut feeling with this product.
I’ve read the ingredient list and it seemed great. Sadly did not work for me, had a little itchy reaction to the product, also it did not help me with bowel movements, I felt rather constipated and bloated while I was taking the pills.
Nice to have a formula that's especially for women's health. Also it's nice that it is shelf stable, unlike the kind you have to keep in the fridge
