Upon taking this, I have found that I’m not as easily irritated, and I feel more balanced in a sense. The quality is wonderful, there aren’t any bad side effects that I notice, and the size is normal and easy to swallow. They don’t have a bad taste either, which is nice. My skin also seems a bit more clear too. :)

I suffer from terrible period pain every month and my stomach doesn't like soymilk so I started taking this 2 weeks before my last period cycle (I also take omega 3 every night) but I noticed the pain wasn't bad at all and in fact I didn't even have to take medicine that I usually take. idk if it's because of this product but I didn't even get acne around my chin so maybe!! great product!
