Good Quality brand. I take CoQ10 for both energy, antioxidant and because I take a beta blocker (beta blockers lower CoQ10 levels). Since I want multiple benefits the 100mg dose for the price is excellent. Not sure if the bioperine helps faster absorption but the product works well. I always know if I forget to take it, spend the day fatigued!

Due to high quality, i bought it repeately more than 10 years, and contain reasonable ingredient for our brain, heart and cardiovascular system, can easily sawllow in size and not bad in taste as well. I have long covid and this was a recommend supplement for energy. Taking coQ10 I’m noticed a little difference, nothing major. But enough that I will keep it in my daily supplement routine.
