I took it to regulate my period . It seems to be very strong. Before I took another brand and from 25 days it delayed it 5 days to 29 days as it should. I took this brand and my period delayed 19 days, I think it’s very potent. I kept searching info and it seems raspberry leaf can delay periods to some women up to 25 days until it regulates. I will get back in a few months with an update

I am happy to find this product, as before I was consuming the tea. I really don't like tea, so it is nice to be able to get the benefits without having to drink so much of something that doesn't taste good! I use this around my cycle to reduce pain and flow. I am now just reading that there are digestive benefits to it as well, which is great!
Research this claims to help with free radicals, digestive health and inflammation. I've been taking it for a week and trust iHerbs testing. I hope to use it long term. Its odorless, tasteless and Ive been using it in herbal tea.
