Good Mood Sleep PM™, 54 Liquid Soft-Gels

its indeed helpful for sleeping. previously i had been taken capsules of the other brand which only contained 5htp. the function is much less than this one. the mixing of rhodiola and melatonin together with 5htp makes it perfect for relaxing. i have been taking very good sleeping since taking two capsules after dinner three months ago. lot thz with gratitude! ive introduced this to two of my relatives who had got long time lose sleeping history. the reaction are obvious that both of them can take good sleep every night at present.

This is my favourite high quality Melatonin and has all of the ingredients that work well for me. Ltheanine helps me wind down, Melatonin puts me to sleep, 5htp makes that sleep restorative and the rhodiola means I don't wake up groggy. I couldn't gave this blend when I was on an SSRI (can't take 5htp with most antidepressants) but since I've been off it, this has become a part of my nightly routine once more! Bit pricey but I think its worth it. And I actually usually only take a 1/3rd or 2/3rd dose, I rarely take the full 3 capsules dosage.

I've used many other brands of melatonin but Irvin Naturals have been the best for me and my family. Their prices are great too. I've been using this brand for many years with good results. I often only need one a night but if stressed two works great to get good sleep. There is no taste because it's a smooth gel cap. They use quality ingredients which is great for for the money. Highly recommend.

I am so glad I bought this to try. I have tried others and had good results but I really like this one. The directions say to take 3 and I did in the beginning. I have also gotten good results with 2 capsules. Occasionally I only take 1 capsule. You will have to find what works for you. I have already bought my 2nd bottle. For me personally the capsules are easy to swallow but I know that won't be the case for everyone. I haven't noticed any after taste.

This is a great product - and does its job to help get to sleep and stay asleep. There have been a few "weepy" softgels in the jar off and on. This is a good product - but a bit pricey. Overall I do like the Irwin product line.

I usually buy the melatonin free version of power to sleep but I decided of this one because the ingredients were good and it had low melatonin. The quality is good and the delivery to the body is fairly fast with the soft gels instead of herbal types. The size is a touch smaller than normal but the price was good on sale, so it was worth getting 10 less than normal.

This has been by far one of my favorite sleep aid products. I love the mix of melatonin and Rhodiola. The one downside is that the pool is pretty big and I need to take a bit of food to swallow it. But it hasn’t been the biggest problem. After a stressful day, I would take two pills every night, and could really feel the effects and coming off my nervous system to prepare me for a better sleep. I do not remember the product having any specific taste that bothered me. The benefits are totally worth it and you can decide the dosage and even change every day.
