This B 12 Metyhl form with 10mg per tablet does the job. Be careful to not overdose by testing your B12 levels bevore supplementing and every few months.

Bought this bottle taking one a day but I put it under my tongue rather than just in my mouth. I have 3 out of 4 bad DNA markers for bad absorption of B12. I'm taking this 10,000mcg daily for 60 days to push as my b12 into my tissues and then will switch to 5mg 3 times a week also using it sublingual.
While not the smallest b-12 tablets I've had, these Methyl b12's by Protocol are a decent size to dissolve pretty quickly under the tongue for the maximum assimilation by the body.
