Taste and effects was just ok. The packaging is smaller than i thought. Use it for my golfing to hydrate but i still find myself feeling thirsty.

Kaged Supplements by Kris Gethin is no doubt a trustworthy brand which carries quality ingredients. Yes, it might be a tad pricier but it is definitely worth the investment. My fav products include Hydra charge for hydration, and their Protein power for recovery. Their pre workout didn’t work well on me :)

Excellent quality and good package size. The benefits of the great tasting ingredients are hydration from the electrolytes after sport or a training workout. This product has additional ingredients that are beneficial. It’s also helps me with my daily fluid intake. I haven’t found a better product on the market

The taste on this is great, though there is a light graininess (I don't mind it). I have many other electrolyte powders, but I reach for this one most often. My only complaint is that the sodium level is fairly low for the serving size, so I'm not sure it keeps me as hydrated as some other options

Kaged Hydration mixes easily, tastes clean, and helps me stay on top of my water intake without feeling overly sweet or heavy or salty. Perfect for workouts, long days, or anytime I need an electrolyte boost. Highly recommend. Sometimes it clumps at the bottom, just needs to keep mixing. Orange mango is one of my favourite flavors.

The taste is fantastic, I’ve noticed a big difference in my hydration levels, especially during workouts or long workdays. it mixes easily without any weird aftertaste. Highly recommend for anyone needing a clean, effective hydration boost!
