I take these for trying to get pregnant with polycystic ovarian syndrome, or PCOS. I like the Royal jelly for two reasons. First, it may help improve oocyte quality, a huge problem for women with PCOS. Better eggs = fewer miscarriages. Second, royal jelly is something you can take during your follicular phase that will help prepare the endometrium for implantation. Progesterone is only safe after ovulation in the luteal phase, so during the follicular phase, I use this. Just for goodness sakes, don’t use this unless you know you can tolerate bee products! I think this product is helping me feel younger. I hear the benefits royal jelly has to the queen bee including longevity benefits. I did see immediate improvements right away in making me feel younger. I hope this continues as I take it daily. I am not a doctor but I have figured that it might be helpful to me nonetheless.
My philosophy is, if it comes from bees, it is good! Royal jelly has numerous benefits. I use it for testosterone and it does work. My blood work showed a substantial improvement following use. NOW brand is good value and is one of my favourites.

Not sure about this one, I think I may be allergic to it. I definitely didn’t see or feel any effect from that, other than constant sneezing and cough like symptoms.
My husband uses it, it was recommended for him for stamina and fertility support. He said he feels more energized. Ingredients are clean, size and quality are great. Not much of a taste. Dosage depends on what was recommended and actually 1000mg per capsule is a great deal for the price. Hopefully we can benefit more from the product on long term.
