My healthcare practitioner suggested taking a beet supplement to improve my blood pressure and palpitations which felt worse at night . As well as this product, I am taking Magnesium, Potassium, Vitamin D3/K2. I also changed my diet and put a pinch of 'Real Salt in my drinking water daily. My blood pressure has improved greatly from a dangerously high 204/90 to 138/80.

There's not enough active ingredients in these capsules, and it is better, in my opinion, to buy arginine + citrulline separately, and drink a glass of beetroot juice than use this. It did little to reduce my blood pressure, and I persevered for quite a few weeks. When I changed over to taking all the supplements separately, they did help.

I discovered that nitric oxide was good for peripheral neuro-pathy, but when I tried this product, I felt a big difference that seemed to come from better quality and combinations of ingredients. Other vits are surely needed to help the nerves, like vitamin B, C, Omega 3, and others.

The previous person's review meant to say that circulation is flawless ( NOT FLOWLESS) BUT , the Chinese translation of this makes it just the opposite, translating it into meaning that his circulation is BLOCKED AND NOT CIRCULATING. I know EVERYONE know it is a typo error, but if you only read it in Chinese, you'd think it's BAD. Personally, I think it is good and I would take 6 capsules instead of 4 and IT IS IN FACT FLAWLESS....EXCELLENT PRODUCT !!

I have been using this product for a number of years. I feel it helps give me more vitality. At 78 people really do think I’m younger by at least 10 years. Definitely going to keep using for the long term.
