Calcium Citrate is more difficult to find than calcium carbonate which upsets my stomach. This calcium citrate is easy on my stomach, comes in a perfect dosage and amount that we consume. The only reason my score is 4/5 rather than perfect, is the slightly chalky feeling/taste of the outer pill.

many calciums on the market, citrat not the best but its cheap, i think on this level its all about what you find for price, since its not special in any way
Calcium citrate is a cheap and well-absorbed form. the combination with vitamin d is ideal for the cold season
I take this supplement after having surgery and I like that it does not have any aftertaste. It does down my throat without issues. It does not affect my stomach. I take it 3 times per day without issues. It does leave powder residue on my hands but I'm okay with that.
