Every night I take 1 pill 30 minutes before going to sleep, I feel it kicking in and I start feeling sleepy and relaxed right away, It allows me to have a deeper and longer sleep & woke up easily and well-rested in order to be very active and productive the following day.
I was searching for something to help me calm my overactive mind at bed time when I decided to try SleepMode. Since I've began using this supplement, I'm falling asleep rather than tossing and turning half the night, AND when I wake to use the bathroom I'm able to fall back asleep quickly. I tried **Evolution Nutrition SleepMode** hoping it would help improve my sleep. Unfortunately, I experienced some allergic reactions, so I wasn’t able to continue taking it. However, I gave the bottle to a friend, and it worked extremely well for him—he said it noticeably improved the quality of his sleep and helped him fall asleep faster. So while it didn’t personally suit me, it clearly can be very effective for others.
These are quality ingredients, works very gently on me. Sleep quality improvement. Dosage also not much as I take one capsule each time and it works, recommend to try. Size of a bottle is just right.
Ordered based on great ingredient list. However has no effect on me, especially in comparison with the other brand I get from my local pharmacy that only has 1g melatonin in it and nothing else, I was hoping this set will put me right to sleep but no.
