This product has made a huge difference in my life. I am pre-diabetic and realize that when I take this product my fasting sugar is always in normal level. Of course I follow a healthy low carb diet but I do notice when I take this supplement it makes a difference. It is easy to take and has no taste just an easy to swallow gel pill

This supplement contains high quality ingredients. That said, it doesn't feel different from other Berberine supplements. The capsule size is very big, like fish oil capsules. I don't have a problem swallowing it, because it's soft. I take it at night with some water, before going to bed. There's no strange taste or smell. It's ok, but a bit expensive.
