Make sure you put your spoon of powder in a tall glass or mason jar. Otherwise when you add the water it fizzes over. And don’t mix it with anything else like other magnesium powders or it will fizz more. Yup!!!! I did this. And boy the mess. Otherwise it’s strange tasting but you get used to it. Not sure yet though if it’s working for me.

Have been repurchasing this multiple times and they are great. This brand is a really good brand and just mix with a bottle of water and bring along with you anywhere you go. It has helped tremendously with my gut health, gastritis, migraine, nails is slightly harder, sleeping is better. Magnesium is very important and it depletes everyday, as you grow older you need more and especially to protect your bones and joints. Have been recommended to friends and family and everyone loves it. Calmful muscles is great if you have a muscle tear from vigorous sports. My hubby drinks this when he feels so sore and tired from his MTB ride and I drink think for migraine and it works great!

This magnesium is a good mineral supplement. I take it with warm water after my work out and I feel good after. The watermelon taste is great too. It is not to sweet and the price is very affordable. Packaging is big enough to last a long time even if I take the recommended dose daily.

it is great. keeping muscles calm especially after workout in the gym. easily falling asleep. having good quality of sleep and waking up fresh full of strength by morning. but it is a bit harming my tooth. So I am drinking it with straw to avoid harming my tooth ) same my father said.

I heard this product is really good, I decided to give a try and got some bottles for my sister and Mom, the flavor is so good that maybe you'll want more, but two scoops are enough for relaxing and have a good sleep.

If your legs cramp all the time(Day and Night) like mine does? I would recommend you trying this. I have made a point in drinking this daily and the cramping has gone away and I am able to put in more steps in a day. I went from 8 thousand steps daily to 12 thousand without cramping. That's almost unbelievable for me. I take one tsp of the calm muscle along with one tsp of calm magnesium cherry flavor together and it really seems to work for me. Just muscle or just magnesium individually does not work as good as putting them together. I like the combination together. If it works? I am all in!!

I really enjoy the experience of using this drink mix. The watermelon flavor is light, refreshing, and actually tastes good, which isn't always the case with powdered supplements. It dissolves well and makes for a nice, relaxing ritual in the evening. As a drink, it's definitely a 5-star experience. However, comparing it to other forms of magnesium I’ve tried recently, it’s not quite as effective for me. While it does help a bit with muscle relaxation, the results aren't as noticeable or deep as what I’ve experienced with higher-grade magnesium supplements like Magnesium L-Threonate. It feels more like a general wellness drink rather than a potent supplement for targeted muscle recovery.
