Beautiful Ally®, Hyaluronic Acid, 100 mg, 90 Softgels

I take these to supplement my Glucosamine for OA. Back in Jan my 1500mg of Glu/Chon/Msm started failing so I began taking this as well. I started with 100 mg a day and the pain started fading. I upped it to 200mg a day after 3 weeks and the pain is gone. After that I upped it to 3 pills a day for preventative now and I'll stay there until I have to up it. These have been amazing in conjunction with my 2000mg Glu supplement. I have not been paying attention to my skin so I can't tell you if it's doing anything for that.

Ok, can I start with the fact that his hialuronic acid slays 😁 the capsules look absolutely adorable, which is irrelevant, but brings me joy every time. Overall I hope for it to bring joy to my skin as well - so far it seems to be working in a complex with other stuff, my rosacea went to a remission. I used other brands before and noticed significant improvement in hydration of my skin. This brand is known for its quality ingredients, so we'll see.

This is my favourite HA supplement. No nasty fillers. I only wish they didn't feel the need to color the softgels. But other than that it's perfect and I really find it hydrates my skin and joints from the inside. Repeat purchase. No smell no taste.
