Ultra BoneUp, 240 Tablets

I always buy the largest size available as I really hate to run low on my favorites!! Jarrow Formulas have become a mainstay in my supplement routine developed over many years to keep me so healthy that I fired all my doctors 8 years ago. Do not get vaccines, nor injections EVER. At 86 , I was tested for TB in 1st grade and that same year given a smallpox shot. Today, a child must receive 70 vaccinations by the time they become 17. This must be stopped! This cannot be good for them!

I have been taking Jarrow Ultra Bone Up for years to help with osteoporosis. The tablets are large with minimal coating. I've had some problems swallowing these tablets in the past. In the last several months I've had SEVERE choking problems, which frankly have been frightening episodes when trying to swallow these large tablets. I noticed the tablets in my last bottle were even LARGER! I will most probably no longer take this formula of Jarrow Bone Up. It's a shame because the ingredients in this supplement are good.

Jarrow's quality is a great bone supplement. The ingredients are the best for bone development. I am hoping with the change to the Ultra I will see some bone growth on my dexascan in 2 years. I did not lose bone with the regular and am hopeful that there will be some growth along with diet and exercise.
