You can tell the changes and will be able to decompress from stress as the product says. It comes slowly and the feeling stays. It's not like a shot of vitamin or vodka that will pump you up only for a short time :p Thanks Paul Stamets and his team for the awesome researches and work !
Discovered this product 2.5 years ago and it is still a regular in my morning vitamins. Helps to reduce my anxiety caused by stress to process and make a decision. But more importantly it helps me to get up interacting and manage life. Found that two at once makes me so calm that I want to nap, so I take one with breakfast and the other after a late lunch. This product is worth the investment and time to get results. I love many of the Host Defense products, like, Turkey Tail, and Staments 7.
Host Defense Stress Decompress is my go-to supplement whenever I am feeling stress and no other brand compares to it. The only complaint I have is that this brand is super expensive and is never discounted even during any promo period.
