This is great quality. I can feel the difference from other calcium tablets I'm taking. This plant calcium is different.

I bought these because the ingredient list is really great, especially for a calcium supplement. I don’t take the full dose, just one tablet to help give me a little boost to my daily calcium intake, especially at my age. The quality of New Chapter is always superior, in my opinion, they are one of my favorite brands.

Both my mother and myself use this supplement. My mother actually gets nervous when she runs low, as she is adamant that it helps alleviate any feel of deep bone pain.

Been looking for calcium from plants, much better for your body then hard minerals. This calcium is great. It comes in a slim tablet. that’s easy to take and you only need three tablets. My husband and I both use it. So glad to find this after trying many brands.

I like plant source calcium. This has all the co-factors that help with absorption. My only 'complaint' is that there are typically several tabs that have broken apart in the bottle. It doesn't keep me from buying it however. I take 2 halves to use up the broken tablets:)

I was going to give this item 4 stars, only because the price is so high. 120 tablets is just a 40 day supply. I try to eat some yogurt or cheese during the day for extra calcium and to make the bottle last longer. However, I'll give it 5 stars because of the result of my last bone scan, which was better than the one I had in 2023. I've been taking this supplement for about a year, so I have to believe it contributed to my improved score. I still have osteoporosis, but any improvement is encouraging. I also take magnesium separately at night, because there's not much in this formula. I assume it's because magnesium and calcium compete for absorption in the body. I always have a lot of trouble swallowing, and this thinner tablet is easier to swallow than most calcium pills, although it's not small. In summary, I recommend New Chapter for people desiring a calcium supplement.

The quality is very fresh. I like the natural ingredients. The product has a long shelf life. I like the way the tablets provide the option of taking one two or three per serving. Suggested serving is three, but I only take one so it lasts a lot longer. I eat a lot of calcium in foods so I don’t need to take three.

Has been taking it for almost two years after hearing good reviews about it. My bones and teeth do feel stronger. As it's plant calcium, it's really gentle for the stomach. Also easy to swallow.
