ProEPA™, Lemon, 180 Soft Gels

I usually order the normal Ultimate Omega from this brand. But after doing some research I found that EPA is what you want most of, especially if your using it for mood/anxiety , joint health and heart health. For both anxiety and depression, you want more EPA than DHA. I have been taking 2 capsules a day for the past week. I have noticed that these definitely work better then the normal Ultimate Omega for improving mood and reducing anxiety. I will stick with the ProEPA from this brand from now on. So if your not eating lots of sardines or skipjack tuna every day you should defintetly be taking fish oil and if you want to up your game get these as they are good for improving mood as well as the benefits for heart health and joint health.

I have done A LOT of research on what brands are the best fish oil brand and after extensive research this brand seems to best due to the fish they use (deep sea sardines/mackrel). It is also manufactured in Norway which has high standards. Full disclosure my grandfather and grandma are from Norway/Sweden so I may be biased . Its also 3rd party rated for mercury and purity and most importantly it is the triglyceride form which is the best, which is also why its the most expensive. I use the ProEPA as from my research it say you want to get more EPA then DHA as EPA is great for heart benefits, inflammation, joints and best of all studies show EPA works good for mood support and anxiety. So its a win win.
