Bought these for my 7 year old who struggle with eczema. Her doctor reccomended these because of the high does of omegas. She would of had to take 20 of the other brands, but instead only takes 4 of these daily. A little bigger than i would expect from a "Jr", but my daughter is able to swallow. If your child has a hard time taking pills i suggest getting the liquid version.
