This is one of the best supplements for the human gut. The microbiome of the body gets better with this , the digestions improves , the benefits are amazing ! I will buy more of this as soon as possible ! The size and taste are ok. It has no taste actually.

Definitely aids in a healthy digestive system with being Doctor and Gastroenterologist recommended. Helps with constipation and cramping. Virtually no taste to the capsules. This helps a lot with constipation. I take it on an empty stomach and supplement with Inulin as a prebiotic. I used it based on third party testing that proved that it’s high quality with active living bacteria in the pills. I’m following up with a practitioner as he prescribed it alongside Culturelle

it tried all of them. amazing quality, ingredients are boss. size is great not to big and easy to swollow. taking it everyday for a year. please also drink tons of water through the day and try to move at least 1 to 2 times a week and your guys will thank you with digestion.

It has 21 pills bottle, and you need to take one either with or without a meal. no need to put it in the fridge. the bottle is made of heavier than plastic ,semi maybe ceramic alike. best if you store it below 30°C of course. it is very effective! I felt the benefits the same day i took it, and i am so surprised. make sure you drink lots of water. the pill is not so big , easy to swallow. I can see my digestion is better and means fast absorption. they have their own strains patented. a bit more expensive but SOOOO WORTH IT and even with 5 billion not 100 cultures ,works perfect. again, please see what works for you best ,not everyone is the same. we have different diets and different health issues. read more if it is a good fit. hope it helps !
