Mix of Probiotic and Prebiotic shows better results for me, than Probiotic product alone (which I also used from the same line for months, prior to switching to this one). IBS calmed down, no more gases and bloating, even with certain foods that previously were problematic. It regulated and improved intestinal peristalsis.
