i have taken a lot of different brands and strains of probiotics. This is one of the best I've found. AND, unlike others, I find it quite tolerable. It doesn't cause stomach upset. What I like most is the variety of strains included. It's not enough just to eat yogurt and think that that alone will repopulate your gut after antibiotics. Also for those who struggle with opening medicine bottles, the container has an easy screw off cap - like a jar. I know my (older) mom appreciates this. This brand is consistently good quality.

This probiotic does not contain tapioca starch as its coating which is great for someone like me who has an intolerance of potato. It has 50 billion colony forming units which is great since I require a minimum of 20. It’s also been useful for someone like me since I’ve done a few lab tests and it’s shown that I require probiotic seeding. The bottle is also small and portable, great for my gut absorption and for reducing instances of UTI. It’s basically good for anyone who has been lab tested for poor gut microbiome. The quality is the best of all others I have tried.
