Bought this to resolve years of stomach sensitivity, indigestion and upset. Suspecting a leaky gut as well as a lot of supplements or nutrients just aren't being absorbed well. These digestive enzymes worked immediately to combat post-meal sensitivity when taken before food. I believe you still would need to take probiotics for even more promising results.

Like all the supplements from Dr Mercola, this one is one of my favorites. I take these enzymes when i eat a food that i know will be difficult to digest, like cheese for example.

Clean ingredients, neutral taste (capsules) and a sturdy package. The effect is gentle—helps with lighter meals—but overall potency is on the mild side. Works best as a companion to stronger bile/pancreatic enzyme formulas when higher lipase/protease support is needed. Easy dosage, just not the heavy-duty option some of us require. Minus one star for low potency.
