I really like the way I feel since starting this. My energy is up, I feel more alert, inflammation has gone down in my body and I'm sleeping better. It balanced my blood sugars too.

Great product for anxiety
The packaging was really good. I have been taking black seed oil for a couple of weeks now. I think it works, I think inflammation has lowered a little bit in my body. Only more time will tell if it is really worth it
The taste isn't terrible. I wish it had a little more Thymoquinone in it like 3% . Just started taking it so hoping for good health.
