Collagen Type II makes up 50-60% of protein in cartilage, makes up 85-90% of collagen in articular cartilage, may reduce popping knees, and may support back, jaw, and joints. It works for us. It seems to help improve my knee pain. Pain was gone after a couple of days. Not sure it is this UC II or just natural healing.

The packaging is suitable, and is the the size of the capsules ( quite small and easy to swallow). No discernable taste. Will probably repurchase, as i have before.
