Таблетка крупная и бывает проглотить не просто, но это единственный недостаток. На фоне приема данного комплекса общее состояние было хорошим не смотря на огромные нагрузки физические и психологические на работе (учитываем возраст). Так же внешне можно заметить: здоровый цвет лица, блестящие волосы. Параллельно принимаем другие добавки, но явный результат от этих витаминок - на лицо. I trust the quality of this brand and the ingredients. I also take their calcium supplements as I have osteoporosis. Calcium in the form they deliver is more bio-available as are the ingredients in the multivitamin product I’m reviewing here. The size of the tablets is okay for me. I’m over 60 so purchased this age related product. I’m so glad iHerb stock New Chapter and I found it; I recently relocated abroad and couldn’t get it in the new country. Thank you iHerb.
Its a great product and i trust the brand but unfortunately it fell short in certain minerals needed, so i had to add exta turmeric, fish oil, blueberries for eyes and spirulina. Not sure it is worth the price for me since i needed so many adds on to this “ not complete “ blend
It’s hard to say with certainty what effect I’m actually getting from these vitamins. My health is very fragile, and I take so many supplements. What effect would I have if I weren’t taking these vitamins? Placebo? Yet I keep buying them again and again. I’m 57 years old , I need vitamins, and this formula and quality is the best on the market
I keep going back to this multivitamin despite the increased cost. I’m closer to 55 than 40 now and want a multivitamin that supports my stress and energy management. This vitamin covers what’s most important to me these days - bone health, immune support, antioxidant support, cellular energy, and heart health. I appreciate that this is a clean, high quality supplement and it really does appear to give me greater energy throughout my day.
New Chapter Every Woman's Multivitamin 55+ are a whole food vitamin that I have been using for quite some time. I appreciate the quality for women age 55 and over. You only need to take one daily. They are a medium size and coated to help you swallow them easily. I haven't noticed any specific taste.

Great multivitamin to take every day. New Chapter is a Great company and makes a great product in these vitamins. I have been taking this for many years now. Now that I am in my 70s the specialty 55+ is an added bonus.
