I mixed this with another Amino Energy flavor and tastes perfect! Love this product a lot, excellent quality. I like that its not too sweet.
absolutely love this product, I highly recommend in love with this product
I’ve been using Optimum Nutrition Essential Amin.O. Energy® in Juicy Strawberry Burst, and it’s quickly become my go-to pre-workout and afternoon pick-me-up. The flavor is refreshing and not overly sweet — it actually tastes like strawberry candy without being artificial. I love that it provides a gentle energy boost from natural caffeine sources without jitters or a crash. The added amino acids help with recovery and endurance during workouts, so it works well for both performance and daily energy support.
great taste and energy kick ..worth buying when at discount
Glad they finally switched to the longer scoop—way easier to use now. The taste is actually really nice, not too sweet, which I appreciate. I like mixing it with some fruit now and then, and it gives a solid boost of energy and helps with muscle recovery during training, one cons it keeps you go to toilet too many times during day.
In terms of benefits, I notice a significant increase in my energy levels and mental focus during workouts and throughout the day, without the jitters or crash that sometimes come with other energy supplements. It helps reduce muscle soreness post-exercise and speeds up recovery. The electrolyte content keeps me hydrated, especially during intense training sessions.
Awesome product. Really delicious flavour. Good size product and last for ages even when used everyday. Great hydration for when at the gym or just throughout the day. Nice to have instead of just plain water. Not too sweet or has too much of an artificial flavour. No bad aftertaste
Gives me great burst of energy and tastes delicious. I love how tart it is.
Since incorporating Essential Amino.O. Energy into my pre-workout routine, I have noticed significant benefits. The ingredient profile is impressive. Each serving contains a blend of essential amino acids that are crucial for muscle recovery and repair, including branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) like leucine, isoleucine, and valine. I also feel more focused and motivated, which enhances my overall performance.
