I read the reviews and decided to purchase a quality fish oil that would help with cognitive decline as well as heart health… also joint pain relief as it’s a anti inflammatory… happy with my experience so far 63 yr old female with osteoarthritis As well so this should also help with joint pain Starting with 1 a day as they are high in omega 3 Hopefully will see some results
