It is important for me that the drug does not contain alcohol. The additive begins to work actively in all respects in at least two months. I mix it with the Brain & Memory and rhodiola supplements from this brand in water & take it 2-3 times a day (when I remember! ). This brand seems to have high quality, high potency products, so I'll continue to buy them.

I use a dropper full of this in a glass of water and drink it like a tea. At first, it tastes like dirt lol, but after a few days the taste gets better. Personally for me it helps me with the physical feelings of anxiety from stress. I have it in the morning to start my day. I like this alcohol free version because it tastes better to me.

Still on trial, I mixed with water and in my opinion it taste like earthy cucumber water, not that bad but it’s not that pleasant either, I think it takes time to get used to the taste or maybe you should add more water to dilute the flavor. I only used it once so I can’t judge the effectiveness.
