My self and two teenage sons have been taking it regularly for almost two years. We did go off it for 3 months and I noticed we declined overall. Then back on it and within 2 weeks again felt overall better, we all do. I notice it helps my memory and calmness at a higher energy level. It's hard to say as we take a combination of herbs and supplements. But a cup of coffee in the morning and a good breakfast then take one and I feel great. Work out then or later in afternoon. Plenty of energy at work. Drink water and tea all kinds. Eat a good lunch. Gluten free we all are all the way and that makes a huge difference. Exercise at least something daily, even a walk. Lighter dinner another round of supplements. Drink alot of water with this and in general. No added sugar no added lows. Only one cup coffee a day. Sleep good. Stick to it. Routines. Make it easy.
