I've tried passion flower, melatonin, and various herbal products, but I got a headache when I woke up, or couldn't sleep because they were not effective, so I couldn't find anything that really worked for me. With this, you can adjust the amount and fall asleep easily. I don't get a headache when I wake up, so I'll buy it again. The powder is smooth, and when I put 6g in my mouth, it feels quite large, and the handle of the included spoon is too long, so it's difficult to put it back into the container, so I cut it shorter.

This has been a great addition to my nighttime routine! I fall asleep faster and wake up feeling more refreshed. The formula feels well-balanced, and I don’t experience grogginess in the morning. The taste is decent, and it mixes well. Definitely worth trying if you struggle with sleep quality and want a natural way to support deep rest.

I don’t know about the quality but drinking this makes you want to throw up. It’s absolutely disgusting and impossible to drink. Whoever made this has never thought about their customer. You can’t just throw bunch of ingredients in a powder and make people drink it, at least make it in capsules. Absolute waste of money and time waiting for delivery!

I love all these ingredients are all together like this. I love that this is a powder for my protein shakes. I love that this is helpful for Chronic Migraines and Endometriosis. I wish they made a bigger version of this. I love that it has Magnesium Glycinate but wish it also had magnesium theonate. I love inositol being in it because i know that helps reduce sugar cravings. I also love seeing melatonin in it because i know that helps with brain function.

I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of this restful sleep formula. Every clean ingredient works in synergy at the recommended dosage to promote deeper, uninterrupted sleep. The 11 oz tub size offers a great supply that mixes easily into liquid before bedtime. Taking it consistently provides a noticeable benefit to waking up feeling refreshed and well-rested.

I bought this complex to improve my sleep quality and achieve deeper recovery at night. The ingredients are well-designed, without unnecessary additives, and the powder dissolves easily in water. The taste is neutral, without any noticeable bitterness, which is important for evening use. The effect is gentle, and my sleep has become more restful, but not immediately. I'm deducting one star for the rather high price.

It's not very tasty. I won't buy it again.
