I’ve been using Lily of the Desert Aloe Vera Inner Fillet for a while now and I’m really happy with the results. It feels gentle on my stomach and has helped improve my digestion and reduce bloating. Great quality and more affordable
I have always loved Lily of the Desert's products, and this aloe vera juice is no exception. I am using it for reflux issues, and it provides relief very quickly, within just a minute or two. It has a diluted sour taste that is not unpleasant, and I tend to use it 2-4 times a day, especially if I'm feeling that burning sensation in my esophagus.

A bit of taste you will probably get used to in 2-3 days!
Regularly drinking for more then a week now. There is a little bit of taste you can get used to. Size and packaging is very efficient. Ingredient seem to be high quality. Regarding frequency, I take it first thing in the morning, 60-70mls (~92kg bodyweight). It's hard to say if there are benefits of this supplement, as I haven't really noticed it, but hopefully it can improve gut health along other stuff I'm currently supplementing.
