I take antidepressants and am medication-resistant. After a genetic assay, I learned I had a mutation of the MTHFR gene. I had assumed as much. So I need extra folic acid. This product is perfect. I can’t have sugar, and this is sugar free. The pills are tiny, super easy to take. They taste really good!
I am generally very enthusiastic about this company's products, but felt that this one is a bit of a letdown, due to the completely unnecessary addition of Stevia. This is apparently a more natural version of folic acid, but I fear I'd never find out of its potency,effect on metabolism or nervous system, or other benefits, as I doubt I'd be finishing the package.
I order this specific product because it's melt on the mouth no need to swallow the pill It’s great and i felt good after using it with vitamin b12 for a month The only thing i don't like it is that they put stivia to make it sweet and i hate stivia taste and i have sensitive intestine for stivia so i won't buy it again But if you are not like me.. Its great product Ingredients is good the quality are good too
