Black Seed Oil, 8 fl oz (236 ml)

An excellent favorite oil for all diseases. Helps to cope quickly with viruses and colds. Drink 1 teaspoon on an empty stomach.

The taste was great, one table spoon a day can feel joint pain easing.

Great black seed oil. Its pure 100%. Nigella sativa oil, is derived from the seeds of the Nigella sativa plant. Its has many health benefits: anti-inflamatory, anti-oxidant, anti-microbial, moisturizing, promotes wound healing, great for scalp health and hair growth,…. The taste is 100% nigella seed. It should be taken on an empty stomach, 15-20 minutes before the meal. Recommeded!

Ordered this for my diabetic father who wants to reduce his cholesterol levels, he adds a small amount into his daily salad and it seems to have made a difference following his recent bloodwork results! Safe to say this is making a positive difference and hopefully won't be the last time we order this

Been reading a lot about the benefits of black seed oil and already loving it. I use it in my salad dressings as well as on my face blended in my home made facial recipe. Prefer this package than my previous one. Clean one ingredient product with super high quality. Will buy it again.
